Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for diverse technical and non-technical positions.

The specialist will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define selection criteria, and maintain a consistent, inclusive hiring process. Day-to-day tasks include building talent pipelines, managing candidate communication, scheduling and facilitating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.



The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring strategies to attract top talent in the blockchain and technology space.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
- Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess role fit and potential in a structured, fair manner.
- Background in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote the company’s value proposition across various channels.
- Familiarity with technology or startup environments; exposure to recruiting for blockchain, Web3, or software roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools, along with solid data management and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple requisitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
