Talent Acquisition Specialist IT Recruitment & Operations (Male Only )

Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with solid experience in IT Recruitment and Operations.

The role will have a 60% Recruitment and 40% Operations focus. The candidate will primarily handle IT/Technical hiring while also supporting recruitment operations, ATS/HRMS management, reporting, interview coordination, documentation, and recruitment process management.

Key Responsibilities

60% IT Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Technology, Software, Product, and selected Operations roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri ResDex, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and recruitment consultants.
- Screen, shortlist, and engage candidates based on job requirements.
- Handle interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, and onboarding handover.
- Manage multiple open positions and ensure timely closures.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and build relevant talent pipelines.
- Handle mid-level and senior-level IT hiring.
- Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and staffing vendors.
- Support US IT recruitment activities as required.

40% – Recruitment Operations




- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS/HRMS.
- Manage recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports and MIS.
- Track open positions, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for smooth recruitment processes.
- Support job posting, JD management, candidate communication, and other recruitment-related operational activities.

Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in Technical/IT hiring and sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri ResDex and LinkedIn.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good knowledge of ATS/HRMS and recruitment reporting.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Experience managing recruitment consultants/vendors is preferred.
- Exposure to US IT recruitment is an added advantage.
- Experience in SaaS / FinTech / InsurTech / IT Product companies will be an advantage.
