Position: Talent Acquisition Associate/Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and support functions, ensuring timely closures against manpower plans.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

- Track and improve recruitment KPIs, including Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, Cost per Hire, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, and other recruitment metrics.

- Ensure accurate recruitment documentation and statutory compliance, including verification and maintenance of candidate records.

- Coordinate seamless onboarding by managing pre-joining formalities, documentation, background verification, and induction.

- Plan and execute campus hiring drives by collaborating with engineering colleges,



ITIs, and universities.

- Prepare recruitment MIS, maintain hiring dashboards, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure an productive hiring process.

Preferred Experience

- 36 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or engineering organizations.

- Strong exposure to plant hiring, recruitment analytics, onboarding, and campus recruitment.

- Good communication, stakeholder management, and MS Excel skills.
