We are working with an innovative, rapidly growing technology business operating across the insurance sector. With a fully remote global team and an exciting period of growth ahead, they are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their People team and play a key role in building their next generation of talent.

This is a fantastic chance for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, sourcing exceptional talent and managing complex searches across multiple international markets.

The Role

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technical and specialist roles across the UK, US and India .

You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and hiring managers, providing market insight, developing targeted sourcing strategies and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing full-cycle recruitment across leadership, technical and cross-functional positions.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
- Developing targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, referrals and talent communities.
- Building strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
- Recruiting across areas including Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Customer and Insurance.
- Managing senior and leadership-level recruitment processes,



including confidential and business-critical searches.
- Advising hiring managers on market conditions, candidate availability and recruitment strategy.
- Supporting interview design, candidate assessment and offer negotiations.
- Delivering a professional, engaging and consistent candidate experience.
- Monitoring recruitment data and identifying opportunities to improve hiring processes and effectiveness.

About You We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record of delivering senior and technical hires within a fast-moving environment.

You will ideally have

- 6+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience recruiting leadership and technical positions is essential.
- Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple international markets, ideally including the UK, US and India .
- Excellent sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching and market mapping.
- The confidence and gravitas to partner with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- The ability to understand technical requirements and recruit effectively across Engineering, Product, Data and AI/ML functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail.
- Experience working effectively across different cultures, locations and time zones.

Experience within SaaS,
