About the Role
Applied Materials is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support recruitment operations, interview scheduling, onboarding, offer management, and HR process administration. This role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end interview logistics and candidate communication.
- Prepare and release offer letters.
- Handle onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Initiate employee ID creation and background verification processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and data accurately.
- Support Talent Acquisition operations and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment Operations, or Talent Acquisition Operations.
