Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership for end‑to‑end recruitment across client organizations, focusing on manufacturing and functional service domains.

- Partner with client stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable talent pipelines.

- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience.

- Drive timely closures and consistently achieve hiring targets across multiple client accounts.

- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams (CFT) to align recruitment strategies with service delivery commitments.

- Build and manage a high‑performing recruitment team, ensuring capability development.





- Maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive updates and structured reporting on hiring progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience (7+ years) in talent acquisition.

- Robust client engagement and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle multi‑city or multi‑plant hiring requirements with responsiveness.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Results‑driven, proactive, and capable of working under tight timelines.

- Willing to travel to Client plants.

- Languages known : English, Tamil, Hindi
