We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to drive end-to-end hiring for the Australia & Current Zealand (ANZ) region across Payroll and Talent Acquisition functions. The role requires partnering with business leaders, developing hiring strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the delivery of quality talent while meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Payroll and TA roles across the ANZ region.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to understand workforce requirements.
- Drive stakeholder management, candidate experience, and hiring excellence.
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and leadership hiring.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
Preferred Profile:
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership hiring.
- Exposure to ANZ hiring and global stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
