Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates for various positions.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Identify and present quality profiles to clients.
- Coordinate and line up candidates as per client requirements.
- Perform headhunting across different technologies and levels.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Handle salary negotiations and document verification.
- Follow up with candidates until their successful joining.
- Maintain recruitment databases and records in the system.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline)
- Valuable communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Interest in HR / Recruitment industry
