Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (Contract)

Experience: 2- 3 Years

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.

Manage hiring for both internal and external/client requirements.

Source, screen, schedule interviews, coordinate offers, and support onboarding.

Build talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely position closures.

Requirements

2-3 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

Hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT hiring.

Solid sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Immediate joiners preferred.
