Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT and Non IT Recruitment)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 3 TO 5 years of IT and NON IT recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Screen profiles and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of IT and NON IT recruitment experience.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and Boolean Search.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate Joiner preferred.
