Role & responsibilities

- Manage end to end recruitment, right from requirement gathering till candidate onboarding and integration into the role.

- Ensure 100% compliance during the hiring process.

- Understand D-Mart business & roles, should be able to apply multiple sourcing methodology for the roles to be filled.

- Develop effective, long-term relations with the key stakeholders and candidates to build prospective networks from a recruitment perspective.

- Use external talent pipeline and market mapping to engage with stakeholders about sourcing and hiring process improvement.

- Prepare, review, analyse & present recruitment performance reports.

- Optimise various sourcing channels - job portals, social media, colleges, institutes.
