We are looking for an experienced Tableau & Smartsheet Trainer to help build reporting capabilities, integrate Tableau with Smartsheet, and train our internal team on dashboard development and reporting best practices.

Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Tableau & Smartsheet Trainer who can guide our team through building reporting solutions using Tableau and Smartsheet. Responsibilities

Design and deliver Tableau training sessions for internal team members.

Integrate Tableau with Smartsheet using available connectors, APIs, or Data Shuttle.

Build interactive dashboards and executive reports.

Configure automated data refresh and reporting workflows.

Develop reporting standards and dashboard best practices.

Train non-technical users on Tableau reporting and analytics.

Create documentation, user guides,



and training materials.

Provide ongoing support and answer questions during implementation.

Required

Qualifications

Robust experience with Tableau dashboard development.

Experience working with Smartsheet and Tableau integrations.

Knowledge of APIs, Data Shuttle, connectors, or similar integration tools.

Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and report automation.

Experience creating executive dashboards and KPI reporting.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Previous experience delivering technical training is preferred.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Skills

Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud/Server experience.

Smartsheet Control Center or advanced workflow experience.

SQL knowledge is a plus.

Experience with construction, operations, or project management reporting is a plus.
