Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D; center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering, digitalization, and sustainable mobility solutions, shaping the future of mobility.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer with 0 to 4 years of hands-on experience in C++ development and a strong background in Linux-based environments. Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance software applications, tools, or systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using C++.

Work within Linux environments, including shell scripting and system-level programming.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Debug and troubleshoot software issues in existing codebases.





Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in coding standards and architecture.

Write unit tests and contribute to automation test frameworks as needed.

Maintain and improve existing software components and documentation.

Engage in agile/scrum development processes.

Qualifikationen

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
