Remote Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Next Consultant / Senior Developer with 5-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Visualization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Tableau ecosystem and hands-on experience delivering enterprise analytics solutions using Tableau Next, Tableau Cloud, Salesforce Data 360, and AI-powered analytics capabilities. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and Salesforce teams to design, develop, and implement scalable analytics solutions that drive data-driven decision-making.

Experience - 5-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Visualization.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale analytics and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, visualizations, scorecards, and KPI frameworks using Tableau Next.

- Build and manage semantic models, governed business metrics, and reusable data assets.
- Integrate Tableau Next with Salesforce CRM, Data 360, and other enterprise data sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.




- Develop executive dashboards and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Leverage Tableau Agent and AI-powered analytics capabilities to accelerate business insights.
- Optimize dashboard performance, data refresh processes, and user experience.
- Implement data governance, security standards, and analytics best practices.
- Work closely with data engineers, solution architects, Salesforce developers, and business users.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, enhancements, and performance tuning initiatives.

Required Skills - Strong experience in Tableau development and data visualization.

- Hands-on experience with: Tableau Next Tableau Cloud Tableau Server Tableau Prep - Strong SQL and database query optimization skills.
- Experience in data modeling, semantic layer design, and KPI framework development.
- Experience integrating Salesforce CRM data and other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of API-based integrations and analytics workflows.
- Robust understanding of BI architecture and visualization best practices.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills - Hands-on experience with Tableau Next implementations.

- Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) experience.
- Knowledge of Agentforce and AI-powered analytics capabilities.
- Python or scripting experience for automation and data processing.
- Experience with embedded analytics and Slack-based analytics solutions.
- Tableau and Salesforce certifications.
