We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Systems Engineer with 5+ years experience to join our growing PHINIA Systems Team. This position will support us to build systems capabilities to support Local Indian and Global customers. This is an exciting opportunity to expand knowledge on the Systems function within TCI team.
Key Responsibilities
- Capturing and analyzing customer requirements.
- Designing control algorithms strategies in Matlab / Simulink.
- Analysis and resolution of customer reported issues.
- Prepare system test specifications and plans.
- Conduct system testing.
- Conduct vehicle trials with customers.
What were looking for
- Experience with Engine Management Systems must.
- Exposer of Vehicle and Engine calibration.
- Thorough understanding of functioning of engine systems and major components.
- Familiarity with strategies and calibration techniques used to achieve various performance goals related to torque, speed and emissions.
- Experience in systems and vehicle validation.
- Multi-disciplinary support exposure on Software, Systems, Verification and Validation.
- Familiarity with regulations pertaining to Diesel Engines (such as BSVI, Euro VI, OBD II).
- Positive analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and energetic.
