Key Responsibilities User onboarding and offboarding management

Ensure asset readiness by installing operating systems through SCCM and performing software installations

Follow system hardening and compliance checklists

Handle L1 & L2 support tickets within the defined SLA

Configure customer-specific tools and required access permissions

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and coordinate with vendors whenever required

Hardware and software upgrades as needed

User data backup and restoration

Perform periodic audits of hardware and software assets

Network printer installation and troubleshooting

Asset tracking, inventory management, and lifecycle management

ITSM ticket management following ITIL standards

Troubleshoot SCCM, Intune, Endpoint, and patch compliance-related issues

Ensure project-wise IT asset segregation

Installation and maintenance of operating systems, hardware, and software

Adherence to IT & Information Security policies and processes

Basic troubleshooting of IT software and hardware

Learn and support current tools and technologies

Understand user issues and resolve them within agreed SLA timelines

Maintain accurate asset inventory records
