We are looking for System Engineer for factory at Dighi Pune near to Alandi Bhosari Road

Preferred candidate profile Electronics Components

- Job Title: System Engineer (Electronics)

Location: Dighi Road Pune

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

- Gender Preference: Male (if applicable as per organizational requirement)
- Essential Qualification:B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Electronics Engineering

- Experience in system engineering/design for at least 2 to 3 projects.
- Good understanding of computing systems, data acquisition systems, power electronics, electronic components, and network communication.
- Experience in preparing technical proposals, project costing, and planning.
- Knowledge of commissioning support, troubleshooting, and system integration.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Technical knowledge of various industrial sensors.
- Knowledge of MIL-STD, JSS 55555, and other defence standards will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Work as part of the System Engineering team for product, project, and system development.
- Prepare Top-Level Bill of Materials (BOM) for assigned projects.
- Plan, estimate costs, and execute assigned projects within budget and timelines.
- Coordinate BOM fulfilment, manufacturing support, sourcing support, and project documentation.




- Select electronic components for design and development.
- Perform system design, detailed engineering, costing, and planning based on customer RFQs.
- Prepare technical proposals and budgetary cost estimates.
- Carry out hardware assembly, development, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning support.
- Develop initial project execution plans considering milestones, dependencies, critical path, budgets, and schedules.
- Identify improvement opportunities and evaluate their feasibility.
- Participate in technical discussions and meetings with customers and end users.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet customer functional and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion and effective resource utilization.
