About Company An enterprise engineering consultancy is hiring Infrastructure Engineers to support a large-scale banking transformation programme. The engineering team builds secure, highly available cloud infrastructure and virtual desktop environments supporting thousands of enterprise users across regulated production environments.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise virtual desktop infrastructure using Omnissa Horizon, VMware Horizon, Workspace ONE Access, DEM, vSphere, ESXi, and related enterprise technologies.
- Build, maintain, and optimize highly available Windows infrastructure, virtualization platforms, hybrid cloud environments, networking, identity management, and enterprise infrastructure services.
- Investigate production issues across virtualization, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, DNS, storage, and cloud infrastructure while ensuring rapid incident resolution and platform stability.
- Create high-level and low-level design documentation, implementation plans, operational runbooks, migration documentation, and infrastructure best practices for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and customer engineering teams to deliver migration projects, platform improvements, operational excellence, and enterprise support.
- Mentor junior engineers, participate in technical reviews, customer escalations, knowledge-sharing sessions,



and continuously improve operational standards across the infrastructure team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 6–12 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, Virtualization, Cloud Infrastructure, or Enterprise IT environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, enterprise infrastructure, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience working with enterprise virtual desktop technologies such as Omnissa Horizon, VMware Horizon, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, or similar VDI platforms.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, VMware Cloud, AWS, or enterprise hybrid cloud environments is highly desirable.
- Strong customer-facing communication, documentation, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and mentoring skills.
- VMware, Omnissa, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or related infrastructure certifications are an added advantage.
