We are looking for an experienced System Administrator / Wintel Engineer to manage, modernize, and support enterprise Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows Server administration, infrastructure migration, cloud workload migration, and Wintel operations, with experience delivering large-scale migration and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Windows Server migration, infrastructure transition, and modernization projects.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server environments across production, staging, and development.
- Plan and execute server migration, technology refresh, and infrastructure transformation activities.
- Support cloud workload migrations to Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
- Administer and maintain enterprise Wintel infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Perform server patching, OS upgrades, capacity planning, health checks, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools.




- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, and Application teams to deliver enterprise projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and implementation plans while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills:

- 813 years of experience in Windows Server Administration and Wintel Infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 administration.
- Proven experience in Windows Server migration, infrastructure transition, and technology refresh projects.
- Experience supporting cloud workload migrations on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments.
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and Windows Failover Clustering.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery, patch management, and system security.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
