We are looking for a skilled GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Python, Generative AI frameworks, and enterprise AI solution development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Build intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, AI agents, and conversational AI solutions.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate enterprise knowledge sources.
- Design effective prompts, optimize prompt engineering strategies, and improve LLM response quality.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and AI services into enterprise applications.
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot,



and continuously improve AI application performance.
- Ensure AI solutions follow security, privacy, and responsible AI best practices.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of software development experience with 3+ years in Generative AI/LLM development.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience building RAG applications using vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating AI services with enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
