We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, cloud technologies, and up-to-date DevOps practices, along with experience mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java-based enterprise applications.
- Architect and develop microservices using Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Design and develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs and integration services.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive application performance optimization, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Implement messaging and event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and design principles.
- Support CI/CD implementation, containerization, and cloud deployments.




- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership during critical incidents.

Required Skills :

- 12-18 years of experience in Java application development.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Extensive experience designing and developing Microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API Gateway, and service orchestration.
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, secure coding practices, and software architecture.
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
