Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President – Head of Process Excellence to lead enterprise-wide process excellence, governance, and transformation initiatives for a leading global organization.

The role will be responsible for defining the Process Excellence strategy, driving process standardization, strengthening governance frameworks, improving operational resilience, and enabling AI-led process transformation across business functions.

This position requires a strategic transformation leader with deep expertise in Process Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, operational governance, business transformation, and executive stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the enterprise Process Excellence strategy, operating model, and governance framework.
- Establish process mapping methodologies, documentation standards, and governance practices across functions.
- Own SOP governance, controls management, compliance readiness, and audit preparedness.
- Develop enterprise KPIs, SLAs, metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure process effectiveness.
- Drive operational resilience initiatives through risk identification, control improvements, and recovery frameworks.
- Lead AI-enabled process transformation initiatives and intelligent process redesign programs.




- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Process Excellence teams.
- Partner with senior leadership to execute large-scale transformation programs.

Required Qualifications:

- 20+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in leading Process Excellence, Transformation, or Operational Excellence functions.
- Solid experience in enterprise process governance, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and transformation programs.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Experience in process mapping, operational resilience, performance management, and governance frameworks.
- Exposure to automation, AI transformation, and intelligent process optimization.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background:

- Consulting experience with strong client-facing leadership exposure preferred.
- Experience within P&C; Insurance, BFSI, or global operations environments preferred.
