We are hiring immediate joiners for the International Voice Process-Customer Support role. Work from home

This opportunity is for candidates or who have minimum of 6months in Voice Support , and passionate about customer service and have strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound international customer calls

Provide technical support and issue resolution

Deliver high-quality customer service

Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Shift & Work Details:

Work from Office

24/7 roatational shift

5-day work week with 2 days rotational offs

18-23k inhand

Note- Training for the batch will be 24 x 7 so that means they should be comfortable with Night Shift as well.

What You'll Do

Provide accurate information and timely resolutions

Maintain a skilled and helpful tone in all written communication





Prepare daily/weekly reports on tasks and pending items

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless issue resolution
