- Assess existing urban infrastructure systems.
- Prepare sector diagnostics and investment plans.
- Develop sustainable mobility strategies.
- Support public transport and EV transition planning.
- Advise on water supply, wastewater and stormwater management.
- Develop solid waste and circular economy strategies.
- Identify renewable energy and energy efficiency interventions.
- Integrate resilience and nature-based solutions.
- Prepare feasibility assessments and implementation roadmaps.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary experts.
- Develop technical specifications and reports.
- Support project prioritisation and financing discussions.
- Conduct stakeholder consultations.
- Review DPRs and engineering concepts.
- Promote innovation and international best practices.
Required skills:
Master's in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Transportation, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, Energy, Infrastructure Planning or related.
Preferred: Chartered Engineer or sector certifications.
8–15 years in planning and delivery of urban infrastructure and climate-resilient systems.
