We are looking for an Intern to support the Sustainability team in fulfilling the annual Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and other investor centric disclosure requirements. The intern will work with internal stakeholders to collect, organize, validate and document sustainability-related data and information.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sustainability team with other ESG and sustainability disclosure-related activities as required.
- Support the collection, organization and validation of data required for the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) questionnaire.
- Coordinate with relevant business functions to gather supporting information, documents and evidence.
- Assist in reviewing previous years' CDP responses and supporting documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Help prepare draft responses, data tables, and documentation aligned with CDP requirements and reporting standards.
- Support data analysis and quality checks to ensure completeness and reliability of disclosures.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of sustainability data, assumptions, and evidence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors or master’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, business management or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ESG, sustainability reporting and climate-related disclosures.
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as CDP, GRI or other reporting standards is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
