We are looking for a dedicated Surgery Counselor to guide patients through the surgical process, ensure clear communication, and improve surgery conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients regarding surgical procedures, benefits, and costs
- Coordinate with doctors and patients for surgery scheduling
- Handle patient queries and provide pre- and post-operative guidance
- Ensure proper documentation, consent, and billing coordination
- Follow up with patients to confirm surgeries and maintain conversion
- Maintain records and daily reports of counseling activities
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–3 years of experience in hospital / healthcare counseling preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
Preferred:
- Experience in eye hospital or surgical counseling
