Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products is implementing Digital solutions to improve efficiency and quality. These are cloud-based solutions that will be used by all manufacturing units within the business unit.

How you’ll make an impact

- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams. Handle day to day service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems.
- Document and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain and improve a list of standard operating procedures. Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs.
- Ensure software systems are up to date and functioning properly.
- Contribute to the product development during testing, release and hyper-care of new functionality as required.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or re lasted field.
- 4-6 years of experience in technical support or development.
- Experience working in application using Net Core, Web API, C#, MS SQL.
- Exposure to MuleSoft, SAP, HTML, CSS, and gular will be added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
