Responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, vendor development, and distribution to ensure seamless manufacturing and on-time product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, OEMs, and logistics partners
- Oversee demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory optimization
- Monitor warehouse operations and distribution activities
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams
- Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and implement process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies
- Prepare MIS reports, inventory analysis, and supply chain performance reports

Skills Required:





- Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Expertise in procurement, production planning, inventory control, and logistics
- Vendor development and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, S&OP;, and demand planning

Qualification & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech with MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics preferred
- 8–15 years of experience in supply chain operations
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in home appliance or consumer durable manufacturing such as Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, Haier, Voltas, Blue Star, Godrej, Panasonic, EPACK, Dixon, or similar organizations
- Strong exposure to production planning, material management, import/export coordination, supplier development, and warehouse operations

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
