Role Summary The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for end-to-end strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and warehouse inventory control for EV two-wheelers and spare parts. The role will ensure uninterrupted parts availability while optimizing inventory carrying costs, procurement costs, and vendor performance to achieve high fleet uptime.

Key Responsibilities

- Own inventory planning for EV spare parts, consumables, batteries and accessories.

- Develop sourcing strategies and manage end-to-end procurement (RFQ to PO).

- Identify and onboard alternate suppliers to improve supply continuity.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, contracts and annual rate agreements.

- Drive procurement cost optimization without compromising quality.

- Manage supplier performance through OTIF, fill rate, quality and lead time KPIs.

- Monitor safety stock, reorder levels, inventory ageing and stock accuracy.

- Coordinate inbound logistics, warehouse operations and inter-hub inventory movement.

- Publish MIS on inventory, procurement savings, stock ageing, fill rate and supplier performance.

- Build scalable procurement processes, SOPs and governance mechanisms.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Industrial or equivalent) but not mandatory.

- 510 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management or Supply Chain.

- Robust experience in EV, Automotive, Auto Components, Mobility, Manufacturing or Industrial sectors preferred.

- Hands-on experience in spare parts procurement, vendor management and inventory planning.

- Experience in setting up procurement processes, SOPs and strengthening supply chain functions.
