Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement planning, vendor management, logistics coordination, inventory control, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete supply chain process, from procurement to final delivery.

Develop sourcing strategies for interior materials, furniture, hardware, modular products, and accessories.

Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely material availability for project execution.

Coordinate with Design, Production, Warehouse, and Project teams for smooth material flow.

Optimize inventory levels while minimizing stock shortages and excess inventory.

Track supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and service.

Ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality standards.

Plan and coordinate logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations.





Resolve supply chain disruptions and implement contingency plans.

Analyze procurement data and prepare reports on cost savings, vendor performance, and inventory.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage.

6–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations within the Residential Interior, Furniture, Modular Kitchen, or Construction industry.

Solid understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.

Experience managing multiple vendors and project timelines.
