JOB ROLE TASKS

Procurement Management

- Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

- Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.

- Compare quotations and support negotiations.

Inventory Management

- Monitor stock levels and reorder points.

- Conduct stock reconciliation and cycle counts.

- Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

Warehouse & Logistics

- Coordinate inward/outward material movement.

- Ensure dispatches are on time.

- Coordinate with transporters and warehouses.

Cross Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Finance and Production.

- Support demand planning and stock availability.

MIS & Compliance

- Update ERP and maintain procurement/inventory records.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS.

- Ensure SOP and audit compliance.
