Job Description – HR Executive

As an HR Executive, your responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, offer letters, appointment letters, attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
- Assist in employee onboarding, induction, performance management, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and support disciplinary, grievance, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR databases, prepare HR reports, and ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality of employee information.
- Coordinate with management on day-to-day HR operations and support organizational growth through effective people management.
- You shall report to your assigned Manager or any other person designated by the Company from time to time.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
