Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare project estimations, proposals, BRDs, SRS, and functional documentation.
- Coordinate with development and design teams to define project scope and timelines.
- Create wireframes, process flows, and user stories where required.
- Support the sales team during client presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders throughout the pre-sales cycle.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT services or software development.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of SDLC,



Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or similar.
- Ability to analyze business problems and recommend practical technology solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in pre-sales, client handling, proposal writing, and project estimation.
- Knowledge of web, mobile, cloud, or AI-based application development projects.
