- Operate vacuum forming/thermoforming machines.
- Set machine parameters (temperature, vacuum, forming time).
- Change molds and perform machine setup.
- Monitor product quality during production.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Minimize rejection and material wastage.
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
- Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Required Skills:
- Experience with HIPS, PVC, PET, PP sheet forming.
- Knowledge of blister packaging and tray manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to identify forming defects such as cracking, thinning, webbing, and incomplete forming.
- Knowledge of trimming and packing processes.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
