Job Title: Lift Operator
Qualification: 10 or above
Experience: 4-5 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:

- . Operate the construction lift/hoist safely and efficiently.
- . Transport workers, construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated floors.
- . Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of the lift, including brakes, controls, doors, safety devices, and communication systems.
- . Ensure that the lift is not overloaded beyond its rated capacity.
- . Maintain proper records of lift operation and inspections, if required.
- . Report any mechanical defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately to the Site Engineer or Maintenance Team.
- . Ensure passengers follow safety instructions while using the lift.
- . Keep the lift cabin and surrounding area clean and free from obstructions.
- . Stop lift operations during unsafe weather conditions or when instructed by site management.
- . Assist in emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.
- . Comply with all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and statutory regulations.
- . Coordinate with site supervisors regarding material movement schedules.
