- Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machine.
- Set the job in the machine before starting.
- Read basic engineering drawings.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Check finished parts using Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Make sure the parts are as per the drawing.
- Watch the machine while it is running and inform the supervisor if there is any problem.
- Do basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Record production details if required.
- Work with the production team to complete daily targets.
- Follow company safety rules and keep the work area clean.
Skills Required
- Experience in operating VMC machines.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Able to work as a team.
