Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound telecalling to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers over the phone and in person.
- Basic computer knowledge
