JOB DESCRIPTION
Minimum 5-10 years work experience in residential apartment and commercial projects
.Good knowledge in centre line grids marking as per plane.
. Recording of M-Books, based on periodical process, correlate with drawing based Bill of Quantity
· Orientation to labour agencies on quality/speed of work
· Monitoring progress and quality on a daily basis
· Quantity assessment on real time measurement of materials received.
. Quality of good in finishing work
· Monitoring progress on site management.
· Ensuring no child labour is engaged
· Labour and sub contractor maintenance
. Safety practices during construction.
. Site Order book keeping and maintenances
Language speaking- Tamil ,English,Hindi
Salary:
starts from ₹35,000 - 60,000 per month
