Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Egg Dishes Chef to join our team at Surat Egg House. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of egg-based dishes, especially Surti and Gujarati-style recipes. If you have a love for cooking and can deliver consistent taste and quality, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of egg dishes efficiently
- Special focus on dishes like Egg Rice, Ghotala, and other Surti egg varieties
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Manage basic kitchen operations and ingredient preparation
- Work during peak hours and maintain speed without compromising quality

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in cooking egg dishes
- Experience in Gujarati / Surti-style cooking is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Team player with a positive attitude

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Working Hours: Shift-based (to be discussed)
