Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced IT Lead to manage IT operations, security, and infrastructure across the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT service delivery, driving information security compliance, and leading the IT team.Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations across locations and shifts• Act as escalation point for all critical incidents and outages• Ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency• Own Information Security, SOC compliance, and audit readiness• Manage network security including firewalls, VPN, and endpoint protection• Oversee Microsoft ecosystem (O365, Entra ID, Intune)• Drive IT policies: access control, device compliance, data security• Manage IT vendors, procurement, and contracts• Lead IT projects, automation initiatives,



and system improvements• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworksRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of:

- Network security & firewalls (Sophos preferred)
- Microsoft stack (O365, Entra ID, Intune)
- Endpoint security & device management
- Experience in SOC2 / ISO / audit environments
- Solid troubleshooting & RCA skills
- Vendor and stakeholder management

Experience• 7–10 years in IT Infrastructure / Security• Prior experience managing small teams

Pay: ₹68,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
