Location: Serampore, West Bengal

Salary: Up to ₹18000 CTC per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Eye Consultant for our Titan Eyeplus Franchisee Store. The candidate should have prior experience in the optical retail industry and must possess solid communication and customer handling skills. The role involves assisting customers in frame and lens selection, handling basic eye testing coordination, and ensuring an excellent in-store customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Minimum 1 year of experience in optical retail store
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with customer-centric approach
- Basic knowledge of frames, lenses, and optical products preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Guide customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses
- Explain product features, lens types, coatings, and offers
- Coordinate with optometrist/store team for eye testing and order processing




- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of optical products
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support
- Handle billing coordination and basic store operations when required
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
