Detailed Job Description / Key Responsibilities
Build and manage partnerships with MSPs, SIs, consulting firms, automation boutiques, and GCC partners.
Identify, onboard, and enable recent partners across India, Middle East, and APAC.
Drive partner-led pipeline generation; support joint pitches, demos, PoCs.
Design and negotiate partner contracts, discounts, MDF, and joint GTM motions.
Conduct product enablement sessions for partners on Hyperautomation & AgenticAI.
Monitor partner performance: certifications, lead submissions, quarterly reviews.
Expand strategic alliances with cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP) and automation ecosystems.
Develop MSP Licensing Models, revenue share structures, and pricing proposals.
Ensure partners achieve quarterly revenue commitments.
Required Experience Range
5–8 years in channel sales/alliances within SaaS/RPA/Automation/AI.




Experience managing 10–50 partners across regions.
Exposure to MSPs, SIs, resellers, partner onboarding, and alliance GTM.
Immediate / Expected Joining Timeline
Immediate to 30 days ideal.
Maximum 60-day notice period acceptable.
Specific Skills & Domain Exposure
Must-Have Skills
Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, MSP revenue models & margins.
Knowledge of RPA, AI agents, LLMs, workflow automation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building with partners.
Ability to run joint solutioning workshops, plan partner GTM, and conduct QBRs.
Good-to-Have
Prior experience in creating partner pricing, discounting frameworks, or MSP licensing.
Exposure to Middle East partner ecosystem.
