*Job Title:* HR Recruiter

*Reports to:* HR Manager

*Office Hours:* 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various profiles. You will play a key role in identifying top talent and supporting the HR team in meeting recruitment goals.

*Responsibilities:*

- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for further evaluation

- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates

- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview logistics

- Maintain accurate candidate data and update recruitment tracker

- Meet recruitment targets and timelines





- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes

*Leave and Permissions:*

- 2 permissions allowed per month

- 1 CL and 1.5 days of PL allowed once after completion of 6 months probation period.

*Requirements:*

- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
