Overview:
The Pre-sales Solution Architect (EU/US) is the commercial and technical bridge between Prodapt's AI-native product
portfolio and its telecom enterprise customers across the EU and US markets. Part hardcore pre-sales engineer, part
domain authority, this role turns customer pain into winning solution narratives - grounded in deep telecom functional
knowledge (BSS/OSS capabilities, TM Forum processes), technical precision (information models, APIs, network
technologies), and a sharp grasp of the business value being unlocked. They are the voice of feasibility in the sales cycle
and the voice of the customer back into the product team
Responsibilities:
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead technical discovery with enterprise telecom clients - map pain points to product capabilities and define the solution
scope.
- Architect end-to-end solution designs across Prodapt AI-native platforms, integrating with customer BSS/OSS
landscapes.
- Own the response to RFPs, RFIs, and PoC requests; produce solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and valuecase documents.
- Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that translate product capabilities into measurable
customer outcomes.
- Articulate business value: build ROI models, TCO analyses, and benefit realization frameworks tailored to each
customer context.
- Act as the feedback loop from market and pre-sales back to Product Architect - surface unmet needs, competitive gaps,
and feature requests.
- Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure solutions are buildable and transition smoothly from presales
to execution.
- Represent Prodapt at industry forums, TM Forum events, and customer advisory boards as a recognized telecom
domain expert.
- Engage CSP customers across EU and US regions - tailor solution narratives to regional market dynamics, operator
maturity, and buying behaviors; travel to customer sites across both regions as needed.
Requirements:
TELECOM DOMAIN EXPERTISE - MUST-HAVE
- Functional depth across BSS (ordering, billing, product catalogue, CRM) and OSS (inventory, provisioning, assurance,
network management).
- Mastery of TM Forum frameworks: eTOM process model, TAM application map, SID information model, and Open API
suite (TMF620, TMF641, TMF622, TMF632, etc.).
- Strong understanding of network technologies: 5G core, RAN, IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, NFV/SDN, and cloud-native network
functions (CNFs).
- Hands-on experience with telecom information models - resource, service, and product layer decomposition - and how
they map to API contracts.

Prodapt Solutions Pvt. Ltd. | Confidential Page 2 of 2
- Familiarity with AI/automation use cases in telecom: AIOps, predictive maintenance, autonomous network operations,
intelligent order management.
- Working knowledge of the EU/US operator landscape (tier-1 and challenger CSPs, MVNOs, wholesale/fiber players)
and the regional regulatory context - GDPR, EU AI Act, NIS2, FCC/CPNI - as it shapes solution design and data
handling.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient in API design and integration patterns - REST, GraphQL, AsyncAPI, event-driven architectures - within
telecom ecosystems.
- Able to read and produce architecture artefacts: solution blueprints, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, and
integration maps.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerized deployment patterns relevant to telco
workloads.
- Comfortable evaluating AI/ML platform capabilities and articulating how LLM-powered or agentic solutions apply to
telecom operations.
MINDSET & BEHAVIOURS
- Credibility-first - earns equal trust with a CTO or a NOC team lead; speaks the language of both.
- Value-oriented - never pitches features; always leads with outcomes and quantified business impact.
- Curiosity-driven - stays current on telecom industry shifts (ORAN, network-as-a-service, AI-RAN) and weaves them into
solution narratives.
- Collaborative closer - works the deal as a team sport alongside sales, product, and delivery; no lone-wolf behavior.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- B.S. / M.S. in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Engineering; TM Forum certifications (eTOM / Frameworx
Practitioner) and TOGAF a robust plus.
- Prior roles at a telecom operator, network equipment vendor, or systems integrator in a presales or architecture
capacity.
- Published thought leadership, TM Forum Catalyst participation, or conference presentations in the telecom/OSS/BSS
space.
- Established relationships within EU/US telecom operator accounts and eligibility to work and travel across both regions;
comfort operating across EU/US time zones
