Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Convert leads into enrollments by explaining our trading courses and value proposition
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Follow up consistently with potential clients to maximize conversions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales / telesales / inside sales (financial services experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment




- Basic understanding of financial markets / trading (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Knowledge of Forex / Stock Market / Crypto trading
- Experience in education sales or course selling
- Ability to handle international clients
