Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce & Workday QA Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in testing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both Salesforce and Workday platforms, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of business-critical applications through comprehensive testing methodologies.

This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with enterprise integrations, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Functional, Regression, System, Integration, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and execute detailed Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Data, and Defect Reports.
- Validate Salesforce and Workday business processes, workflows, and end-to-end integrations.
- Execute API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Perform backend data validation using SQL queries.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure seamless integration testing between Salesforce, Workday, and third-party applications.

Required Qualifications





- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for Salesforce and Workday applications.
- Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience in:

- Integration Testing
- System Testing
- Smoke Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce modules including:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Custom Salesforce Applications
- Experience testing Workday modules such as:
- HCM
- Recruiting
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Time Tracking
- Compensation
- Financials

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
