Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Duration: Our internship and training program is for 1 year after which we would like to absorb you into our team

Educational Qualification: BBA / BBM / MBA (Marketing) / Any relevant Marketing specialization

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing and branding initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, social media management, content creation, SEO, website management, and brand-building activities while working closely with the leadership team.

What You Will Be Doing and your Learning Opportunities

- Assist in executing Quantum's digital marketing strategy across various online channels.
- Support social media activities, primarily on LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Help create brand awareness and improve the online visibility of Quantum and its products.




- Assist in updating and maintaining the company website.
- Help create engaging content, blogs, articles, and social media posts.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends.
- Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives.
- Help maintain the social media content calendar.
- Support campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Work on brand positioning and online reputation-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content and marketing requirements.

Core Skills Required

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Interest in Branding and Brand Awareness activities.
- Strong written communication and content writing skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Ability to research and create marketing content.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Eagerness to learn B2B marketing practices.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads is an added advantage.
- Experience using Canva, PowerPoint,



or similar content creation tools
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Desired Candidate Profile

· completed BBA, BBM, MBA, or equivalent degree.

- Strong interest in Digital Marketing and Branding.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to work from the office in Koramangala, Bangalore.
