Travel Mudra Private Limited is looking for a reliable and responsible Field Executive to support our Visa Operations team. The role involves collecting and delivering documents, submitting and collecting visa applications from Embassies, Consulates, VFS/BLS Centres, banks, and other government offices, while ensuring timely and secure handling of confidential client documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver client documents, passports, and visas.
- Submit and collect visa applications from Embassies, Consulates, VFS/BLS Centres, and other authorities.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for daily field assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of document movement and task completion.
- Ensure timely, safe, and confidential handling of all documents.
- Provide regular updates on field activities and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 1–3 years of field operations experience (visa, travel, courier, logistics, or similar preferred).
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Delhi-NCR routes.
- Basic smartphone and navigation skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
