Position: Sales Executive – Corporate Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate fresh leads through social media, property portals, referrals, and personal networking.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into site visits.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Maintain daily follow-ups and update the CRM.
- Source and maintain residential and commercial property inventory.
- Coordinate with property owners, channel partners, and builders for inventory updates.
- Match client requirements with suitable properties.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients until booking closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with the documentation team for booking, agreement, and payment processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream preferred
