We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping & GDA Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and supervise General Duty Assistants (GDAs). The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards, managing staff schedules, ensuring compliance with hygiene protocols, and delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping and GDA activities.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and infection-control standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping and GDA staff.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Prepare duty rosters and attendance records.
- Handle guest/patient/client complaints related to housekeeping services.
- Ensure adherence to safety and organizational policies.
- Generate daily and monthly performance reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
